Here is the second program which was designed for all gymnastics disciplines and which completes the first one.
This program aims to facilitate the return to your gym.
In this program you will find :

4 basic gymnastic sessions
2 specific alignment sessions
2 specific shapes sessions
4 new physical preparation circuits
5 new flexibility circuits
And some challenges!
